| | | | | | | | | EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: | The Municipal Court Judge’s annual performance evaluation process began in September. Performance measures were provided during the review period and were incorporated into the evaluation process. Feedback from the peer group was gathered and compiled for the evaluation process. And, compensation data from survey cities were gathered for discussion with the Council Compensation Committee.
The recommendation is to set the Municipal Court Judge’s FY23 base salary at $145,100.80, effective January 7, 2023, based on the Judge’s FY22 performance evaluation. |
