| | | | | | | | RECOMMENDED ACTION: | Staff recommends approval of the replat of Alcorn Bend Section 3 with the following updates:
1. Add the Lot number.
2.Remove duplicate text from the lien holders statement in the dedicatory language. |

| | | | | | | | EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: | Request for a proposed replat of Alcorn Bend Section 03 to combine one residential lot and one landscape reserve into a single residential lot. This is required because the property owner would like to build a pool and it would cross the property line. Typically, when both lots are owned by the same person, removing a lot line is handled via the administrative plat process. However, this replat is removing the recorded restriction for the landscape reserve so that residential improvements can be built. Therefore, it requires Planning & Zoning Commission review and approval. There are no other proposed changes to the plat, nor are any zoning issues created by altering this lot/reserve line. Staff recommends approval of the proposed replat. |
