| | | | | | | | | EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: | Target Solutions LLC, DBA Vector Solutions, is a web-based training management system that offers a full range of services, including continuing education options, a general training curriculum, and safety training for employees. The system hosts a robust catalog of current and up-to-date training courses that can be modified to Sugar Land, as well as allows the City to develop curriculum and training courses specifically for our employees. The system is a beneficial tool in allowing staff to monitor and track training for employees and includes reporting and compliance features.
Human Resources began contracting with Target Solutions in 2011 to provide this web-based learning system to all employees.
The Human Resources Department recommends the approval of the renewal of the City’s contract for subscription services with Target Solutions for 2023-2026 with the following pricing: total amount not to exceed $209,677.19 (First year $66,511.40; Second year $69,836.97; Third year $73,328.82) |
