| | | | | | | | | EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: | The City of Sugar Land has sought out a strategic planning professional to conduct a data-driven, community engaged planning process that will result in the creation of the City's 2025-2027 Strategic Plan. This plan will guide operations, decision-making, and resource allocation from January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2027.
The consultant, Future iQ, Inc., was chosen through a competitive RFQ process where the City received 13 responses. Staff determined that Future iQ, Inc. was the consultant that best met the City's forward-thinking strategic planning needs.
The Strategic and Government Affairs Department requests that the City Council approve a contract with Future iQ, Inc., in the amount of $130,000.00, for strategic planning consulting services; and authorization of a budget amendment in the amount of $130,000 to expenditures. |
