| | | | | | | | | RECOMMENDED ACTION: | | The Sugar Land Police Department requests that the City Council approve an Interlocal Agreement with First Colony Management District (District) granting permission to the City to access the District's security camera system and the monitoring center. |

| | | | | | | | | EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: | The First Colony Management District (District) owns and operates a security camera system and a monitoring center. The City has requested that the District grant permission to the City to access the video feed from the District's security cameras and the occasional use of the monitoring center to monitor operations and other police activities. This cooperation will provide mutual benefit for both sides as it may enhance the level of security in the District and the City.
