| | | | | | | | | EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: | | On February 6, 2018, City Council approved Ordinance No. 2125 ordering an election to be held May 5, 2018, for the purpose of electing a Mayor, and two At-Large Council Members. As required by the Texas Election Code, the official returns of the election have been prepared by the proper officers and are to be canvassed by City Council. Ordinance No. 2134 canvasses the election and declares the results of the election to a Mayor, a council member to At-Large Position 1, and a council member to At-Large 2, pursuant to provisions of the election code and declares the persons elected to office. |
