Review of and discussion on timing of District Town Hall meetings.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:

Resolution 14-03 establishes procedures for hosting District Town Hall meetings each year in the late summer or early fall, after peak vacation and City election season. Recognizing that the City is currently undergoing the process of redistricting, some residents within the current Council Districts may not be the same residents in those Districts once the redistricting is complete.

 

Mayor Zimmerman will lead a Council discussion regarding the timing of District Town Halls this year.
