| | | | | | | | | EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: | First Colony Community Services Association, Inc. ("Association") desires to enter into an agreement with Fort Bend County ("County") for additional law enforcement services in certain area. In accordance with state law, the County submits a copy of the Agreement for Additional Law Enforcement Services ("Agreement") to the City of Sugar Land ("City") for approval.
The County has provided additional law enforcement services to the Association for the past several years. The Association bears the costs and expenses associated with the additional services. The Agreement will not affect the City's operations or services.
Staff recommends City Council approve the Agreement for Additional Law Enforcement Services between Fort Bend County and First Colony Community Services Association, Inc.
