Citizens who desire to address the Planning and Zoning Commission with regard to matters on the agenda will be received at this time. The number of speakers will be limited to the first ten (10) speakers and each speaker is limited to three (3) minutes.
Comments or discussion by Commissioners will only be made at the time the subject is scheduled for consideration on the Commission agenda.
PUBLIC HEARING 6:30 P.M.: Receive and hear all persons desiring to be heard on the proposed rezoning of approximately 61 acres from Interim Standard Single-Family Residential (R-1-I) to Permanent Zero Lot Line Single Family Residential (R-1Z) for areas platted and developed as patio homes also known as zero lot line homes located 1) west of Greatwood Parkway and Scenic Place, 2) south of Riverbrook, and 3) north of Winding Brook.
