| | | | | | | | | EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: | During the City Council Fall Retreat in October 2017, the City Council worked together to review and revise the policy for the responsibilities, guidelines, code of conduct and protocols for the Mayor, City Council, and City Manager, and rules of procedure for City Council meetings ("Council Protocol"), or Resolution 15-08, as well as the policy regarding the creation and operation of City Council committees and task forces, or Resolution 09-24.
The purpose of this workshop is for staff to review these recommended revisions with the City Council prior to moving forward the Resolutions to approve the changes to the policies. |
