| | | | | | | | | EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: | | On June 9, 2017, the Governor of Texas signed into law SB 1004. The new law requires municipalities to allow wireless facilities in their rights-of-way subject to the provisions of the law. This workshop will provide an overview of the bill and future steps the City will be taking in response to the bill. |
