| | | | | | | | | EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: | | Dr. Thomas Randle was named 2017 Region 4 Superintendent of the Year by the Texas Association of School Boards on July 5th, 2017. Subsequently, Dr. Randle was nominated for the 2017 Texas Superintendent of the Year. This is the second time Dr. Randle has been named Region 4 Superintendent of the year. He first won the title in 2001. |
